Founded in Greensboro, NC by late guitarist Rex Griffin, The Hot Club of North Carolina is a manouche-style jazz (i.e., "gypsy jazz") and swing music ensemble performing European and American jazz standards in the style of Django Reinhardt. The group has performed with top names in the contemporary jazz manouche tradition, including Babik Reinhardt, Stephane Wrembel, and Frank Vignola.
